SHIPPING POLICY

*COVID 19: There may be shipping delays due to the current Covid-19 crisis. We are processing orders in a manner that ensures safety for all parties involved. Please note, that shipping companies maybe experiencing delays. We appreciate your patience as we all maneuver through these uncertain times.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and should arrive within 7 business days.  During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1–3-day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.

BU Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for packages damaged while in transit or delayed due to inclement weather. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your tracking information is received, you will be able to track your package with the carrier. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to register.
